Daniel Jon Peterson - Data Person
I’m a Software Engineer at the National Azheimer’s Coordinating Center(NACC) at UW, formerly with Octave Bioscience and the University of Washington Department of Radiology.
Some projects I’ve worked on:
- Developing a Data Platform for imaging components of the national ADRC program
- Developing a pipeline for analysis of MS lesions and atrophy
- Making it easy for folks to get a 3D print of their brain from an MRI scan
- Monitoring degnereration in Alzheimer’s disease
- Atypical dementias (FTD, PSP, CBD)
- Diffusion methodology - improving image processing
- Automated segmentation of spinal cord diffusion images
- Diffusion imaging in Autism, ADHD and dyslexia
- Experiment development for solution-state NMR
